Eat

Members enjoy a complimentary dinner buffet prepared by our in house chefs each night. A more extensive dinner selection is served Friday and Saturday nights along with breakfast. Every evening around midnight, and beyond, our members find our homemade Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies simply irresistible, complete with ice-cold locally produced milk.  Many of new friendships have been formed over a late-night snack of cookies & milk.

Included with your door-fee, our buffet features a variety of hot and cold selections.

Weeknight offerings are lighter fare featuring 5 entrees, while our Weekend offering are more extensive and feature 6-8 entrees throughout the evening.

  • Fresh Oyster Shooters with Lemon Wedge and Housemade Horseradish Cocktail Sauce (seasonal)
  • Fresh Oregon Bay Shrimp Cocktail with Lemon Wedge and Housemade Horseradish Cocktail Sauce (seasonal)
  • Mixed Wild Greens
  • Antipasto – Marinated Artichoke Hearts, House Marinated Olives, Spiced Pickled Asparagus , Fire Roasted Red & Yellow Peppers, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Petite Sweet Chipollini Balsamic Marinated Onions
  • Caprese Salad – Sweet Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Locally Grown Basil Tossed in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Aged Balsamic Vinegar.
  • Vine Ripened Sliced Tomatoes Dressed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Basil, Course Rock Salt & Ground Tellicherry Peppercorn
  • Fresh Made Hummus and Pita Bread
